DESCRIPTION:DAC Beachcroft hosted a NASHICS Networker –\nfree to all who 
 attended the event which focused on the topic\n\n“Incident Investigation
  and Report Writing”.\n\nLouise Wiltshire\, DAC Partner delivered the 
 first presentation on  Incident Investigation Essentials which  focuse
 d on the regulatory  powers of CQC/HSE\, previous case histories  and
   current trends.\n\n.Ian Manners\, Regulatory Associate also provided 
 an update on   current regulation and sentencing guidelines.\n\nThen fol
 lowed a session which focused on  “The Internal Investigation”\, it
 ’s purpose\, scope and structure.\n\nAll delegates had the opportunity t
 o carry out an interactive group  activity titled “Internal Investigat
 ion in Practice” in which delegates were asked to review recent case  
 studies to identify key facts that would be used in the internal investiga
 tion.\nThe comments from the 18+ who attended were very positive. Lisa Ha
