Website Information to Help Navigation

    The fact that you are reading this means that you do not need to know how to log onto the Members Area of the Website.

    The website is easy to surf as the password you use for logging onto the Members area is all you need.
    There are a couple of things it is suggested you take action on as this will enhance your security from others (if you so wish) and also allow you to choose what information you receive.

    Passwords

    Please do not give your password to others.
    All Full Individual, Retired, Corporate Members and Additional Members in the Corporate Membership will now have their own password to enter the site.
    The allocated password you have been supplied with can be changed if you wish.

    Add a colleague to the Corporate Membership?

    Corporate Membership allows up to 4 persons to be registered on the database.
    They will receive their personal password, have access to the members section, receive all communications, regular issues of the e-News issues etc.

    If you wish to add a colleague, then go to the Membership tab home page and complete an application form, choose Corporate-Additional with the relevant details and submit to the Administrator without charge.

    Mailing List Management

    This is another feature for Members and is intended to ensure you receive only the information you choose both for the items you require and sector(s) you cover.
    Currently you will need to opt IN to all the sectors in the mailing list that you have an interest in.
    You may opt out of any of the mailing list sectors. To do this just untick the box to opt OUT.
    You can of course amend your preferences whenever you wish.

    There are other features of the site some of which are: –

    • Book for events online.
    • A Members search is available.
    • The Documents are displayed in distinct sections for ease of tracking.
    • There is a search facility for the site.
    • Member Services – Supplier benefits, Offers, Discounts Etc.
    • Job Vacancy section Members may advertise for Free.
    • Members Services – use of Member Logo.
    • If you have questions re the site or have suggestions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Administrator.
    • Articles of interest, Achievements and News items would also be most helpful to pass on to Members.
    • Corporate Members who supply goods and services may have a dedicated page offering discounts or other benefits for Members only. Contact Administrator.
    • Finally, just a note to say this site and parts are always under review.
