Stuart is a Care Sector Specialist with over thirty years’ experience of working in, managing and inspecting in the Social Care Sector.

For twenty-three of these years Stuart has been a Moving & Handling Specialist, he has an interest in developing and implementing effective Moving & Handling training and risk management solutions at an organisational, local and individual level.

Stuart takes a hands-on approach as this allows him to remain occupationally competent and ensures that he delivers training to a Nationally recognised standard set out by The Handling of People series.

Stuart has developed a reputation for creating solutions to complex cases such as Bariatric management and Safeguarding cases as well as working with inadequate organisations to obtain safer effective results and maintain their legal obligations. Stuart’s work takes him around the country to deliver his Moving & Handling Train the Trainer five-day Courses
